KPMG worked with us to build an AI workforce management platform to help identify employees at risk of AI automation, and supercharge them with high-value skills. Our work involved researching, designing, and building a web and mobile experience for employers and employees to leverage AI to create up-skill plans for entire organizations. The backbone of the experience leveraged a custom built LLM, trained on a World Economic Forum list of skills and work activities, infused with KPMG corporate strategy, to help guide employees down re-skilling journeys based on their career interests and goals.
