Welcome to Fusion Studios, a creative agency dedicated to helping early stage companies create outstanding digital experiences. We offer a wide range of services to help businesses nail their brand, identify their target market, conduct user research, and develop rigorously tested websites and applications.
SCOPING
Initial engagements begin with a scoping discussion. This phase gives us a chance to learn more about our clients and their goals. We'll discuss the scope of the project, the timeline, and the budget. We'll also discuss the client's brand values and target audience, and we'll ask a few questions to get a better understanding of the client's business.
DISCOVERY
After scoping, we move into a discovery phase, where we research our clients, their industries, and their customers.
During this phase we'll conduct interviews, research, and brainstorming sessions to gain a holistic understanding of our client's vision and objectives. This is crucial to developing a foundation for a successful engagement.
VISUAL + VERBAL IDENTITY
The visual + verbal exploration phase is free-form period for Fusion to test several identities and "moods". We'll experiment with tone, form, color, and typography. Not all directions will work, but that's the point. A successful design exploration phase concludes with selecting one cohesive direction which resonates with a client's tone, values, and target audience.
DESIGN ITERATIONS
If engagement scope includes product design, we'll leverage the previously crafted verbal and visual identity to create a series of design iterations. We'll design prototypes and test interactions out with real customers. We'll then do several rounds of revision based on feedback. This will serve as the foundation for the final product design.
BRAND GUIDE DELIVERY
Brand guides provide composition and structure for the general look and feel of a company's branding and collateral material. Once designs are confirmed, we'll deliver a final brand guide to our clients. This guide will include verbal identity (voice, tone, sample messaging), visual identity (logo, color, typography), and a set of design guidelines for use in marketing, print, web, and more. The brand guide will serve as a reference for future design and development work, post-engagement.
DEVELOPMENT
Depending on the scope of the project, Fusion will engineer the designs into a fully functional website or application. We'll use the brand guide as a reference, and we'll leverage the latest technologies to build a robust, scalable, and secure product. We can work with existing engineering teams to collaborate, or we can work with our own team to build a product from scratch.
